Organisational change is stressful for all employees, and maintaining productivity and morale can be difficult. In every organisation, there is a handful of individuals that drives change initiatives. These “change agents” need special skills to enable them to manage the challenges associated with events like mergers and acquisitions, downsizing or restructuring and also take advantage of potential opportunities.

Effective change management relies on strong leadership. Lee Hecht Harrison’s ChangeMap™ program combines a group development session with follow-up coaching to present and reinforce effective change leadership strategies.

This program is:

The program includes:
