Bruce Anderson
Managing Director, Australia


Bruce has a history of success in complex operational, marketing and sales, and stakeholder management roles within three distinct sectors; health, financial services and infrastructure with “blue chip” organisations. These include Transurban, Bendigo Bank and AXA Asia Pacific over a period of more than 20 years. Bruce has also established a successful consulting business and worked in the education sector.

Bruce is very active in the broader community as the Chairman of the Daffyd Lewis Scholarship Trust, Board Member of Kildonan Uniting Care, and is an active member in a number of local community organisations.

Richard Branford
State Manager, South Australia

Richard is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society, and has been Chair of the College of Organisational Psychologists, South Australian division.

Richard has twenty years experience in human resource consulting where he specialised as an Organisational Psychologist.  Prior to joining LHH, Richard was a director of a successful Adelaide organisation development consultancy, servicing customers in SA, nationally and overseas.

Richard has professional experience in psychological appraisal and counselling, executive coaching and talent management, career development and career transition consultancy, leadership and team development.

Saktti Mane
State Manager, Victoria

Saktti joined LHH Australia in 2005, State Manager for Victoria. She is responsible for the total management of the Victorian business.

Previously, Saktti was general manager of Lee Hecht Harrison, Singapore, and was responsible for the business development, profit and loss, and delivering outplacement programs to senior managers in Singapore and South East Asia. Saktti managed a team of highly trained consultants who provided outstanding service and built excellent client relationships.  The office serviced numerous individuals and organisations in career transition and management across a diverse range of industries including banking and finance, telecommunications, information technology and manufacturing.

Saktti is a proven business manager specialising in career transition coaching and career management coaching.

Greg Smith
State Manager, New South Wales

Greg has over 10 years experience as a career manager in the Financial Services industry. He has significant HR experience working with senior and middle management, white and blue collar workers.

Greg’s experience includes some of Australia’s largest down-sizing projects, including the Department of Administrative Services, AMP and Coles. 

Helen Burton
State Manager, Queensland

Helen specialises in career development, attraction and retention strategy consulting, leadership development and executive coaching. Helen has managed nation-wide large scale projects, forming part of holistic organisational change initiatives that included combinations of one-on-one coaching, testing, workshops, outdoor experiential learning and mentoring systems.

 

Helen has also presented a weekly Career Segment on ABC radio and has co-authored the chapter ‘Creating the Right Impression’ for Practicing Excellence in Australian Career Practice edited by Mary McMahon and Wendy Patton.  She has also co-written a career development book, due to be published in 2008.

Denise Mannix
Acting Career Transition Manager, Western Australia

With psychology and human resource development qualifications, Denise possesses more than 20 years human resource management experience. Denise has expanded her consulting experience providing specialist HR advisory services in organisation development, performance management, outplacement and career transition, leadership assessment and development.

Denise has worked across varied industries including professional services, manufacturing, mining, retailing, health and all occupational groups including senior executives, line managers, professionals, specialists, administrators, trades and semi-skilled workers.

 Denise has a highly consultative and client service oriented approach and possesses outstanding one-on-one coaching and counselling skills along with refined group facilitation techniques.

Bryan Waters
General Manager, Client Services

 Bryan has over 30 years experience at senior executive and board level in the financial services industry followed by 10 years in leadership and management consulting providing career direction, coaching and business support to many leading Melbourne-based executives and managers.

Specialising in senior level career coaching, career transition, small business consulting and leadership, Bryan has worked in senior roles across Australia, the USA, the UK and Asia.

Brian MacNeill
Senior Consultant

Brian is a highly qualified and experienced HR executive with extensive experience in senior operational and corporate staff roles. Brian has worked throughout North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region and possesses expert knowledge in change management, executive career transition and strategic and operational HR leadership.

Brian joined Lee Hecht Harrison as a senior consultant in 2000. He has a passion for achieving quality results and enjoys the challenge and satisfaction involved in providing individuals with professional and successful career transition assistance.
