Lee Hecht Harrison’s Leaders at all Levels™ program is designed for leaders and managers who have a desire to strengthen their leadership awareness, skills and influence. It develops leadership capabilities across a variety of strategic dimensions. This program is based on compelling research and proven practices to build a specific subset of leadership capabilities which can be tailored to meet an organisation’s unique leadership development requirements.
Leaders at all Levels™ is designed to develop core leadership skills for use both internally and outside the organisation and not only improves the current levels of leadership performance for the leader, team and organisation, but also develops a robust talent pool for succession and builds a culture of accountability, continuous learning and coaching for optimal performance. The program follows a six-month blended learning process with six components:
Preparation — 360° assessment, high impact learning goals and pre-reading
Seminar l — interactive seminar focused on key leadership competencies
Coaching Circles — monthly group coaching to apply learning and sustain development
Action Learning Teams — group projects focused on addressing real-time business initiatives and issues
Business Acumen — presentations by internal senior management and external experts
Seminar ll — interactive seminar focused on additional leadership competencies, action learning team’s project presentations and the creation of individual development plans
