Lee Hecht Harrison’s Team Coaching™ is a unique approach to working with teams as a whole or system, rather than as a group of individuals. The goal of Team Coaching™ is improved effectiveness at the team level. The intent is to reveal the team to itself, how the members interact with one another and how they can do so more effectively and efficiently.
Our approach to Team Coaching™ is the combination of a unique model, assessment and coaching methodology to ensure team alignment for optimal performance. The team model and assessment are based on two fundamental premises:

Team Coaching™ is a six-month program in which teams are guided through a five-step process that creates alignment and accountability for maximum effectiveness. Our approach is the combination of a unique model and coaching methodology to ensure team alignment for optimal performance.
- Assess: Identify desired outcomes, plan for team coaching, deploy assessment and decide on offsite logistics
- Strategise: Facilitate team two-day off-site and determine areas of focus for coaching and develop action plans
- Transform: Conduct virtual team coaching sessions monthly to address real-time business issues
- Reinvent: Measure results determine sustainable methods for ongoing progress
This methodology provides skill development through coaching customised to meet each team’s unique needs. Throughout the process, rigorous follow up and accountability is provided to reach desired performance goals.

Lee Hecht Harrison’s Coaching practices for leaders™ program assists leaders in gaining skills and confidence in conducting coaching conversations. Our customised approach ensures alignment with the organisation’s culture, business objectives and leadership strategies. It combines a one-day action learning seminar with individual master coaching for two months by certified LHH coaches.
Coach the coach™
Our Coach the coach™ program establishes a consistent certification process for HR and OD leaders to become highly effective internal coaches, provides a consistent model and process to coach, develop and retain employees, and establishes an internal coaching resource for employee development.
