Lee Hecht Harrison offer a range of executive coaching services addressing a variety of growth and performance needs. Our four-phase methodology – Outcomes, Information, Strategy and Results – ensures a consistent, proven process for every individual in every location.
1. Determine outcomes. Through dialogue and discussion with key participants, LHH will facilitate an understanding of expectations, roles and objectives for all parties.
2. Gather information. We will gather and assess information about current work behaviour and potential, work throughput capability and skills, personal aspirations, ambitions and other contributing factors, as appropriate. Themes addressed include self awareness, participative management, people leadership and the ability to build and mend relationships. Feedback is provided on potential derailment factors.
3. Create a strategy. LHH will work in partnership with the organisation to develop and implement a tailored action plan designed to develop skills and strengthen leadership behaviour.
4. Measure results. LHH employ formal feedback tools to evaluate critical success factors and ensure that both the coachee and sponsor or manager are satisfied with the process.
