LHH uses a variety of assessment processes, tools and systems and is capable of administering, scoring and producing reports on a wide range of psychometric tests, including 360° Leadership Assessment and Benchmarking, Personality Profiling and Emotional Intelligence Assessment. The majority are online processes with intuitive menu-driven systems that allow candidates to easily navigate their way through the assessment.

All tests and processes used by LHH have been developed to the highest professional standards and evidence-based research and independent reviews support their reliability, validity and fairness. All tests are provided with a wide range of norms, including Australian managerial and executive norms. A variety of report styles are also available, including developmental/coaching reports, decision-maker reports, career management/guidance reports and candidate feedback reports.
